Refund Eligibility - Purchase of Service Provider's Contact Details: The Platform enables users to purchase service provider contact details based on their postal code and vice versa. Due to the nature of the services provided, refunds for purchases of service provider contact details are generally not available. 

Purchase of Lead's Contact Details: The Platform also enables service providers to purchase leads contact details based on their postal code and vice versa. Due to the nature of the services provided, refunds for purchases of service provider contact details are generally not available. 

Review and Decision: Upon receiving your refund request in exceptional conditions, the Company will review the information provided and assess its eligibility. The Company reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to support your refund claim. The decision to approve or deny a refund request is at the sole discretion of the Company.

Refund Process

Approved Refunds: If your refund request is approved, the Company will initiate the refund within 7 days from the date of approval. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise specified by the Company. Fraudulent Activity: Refunds will not be provided for purchases that involve fraudulent activity, unauthorized use of payment methods, or violations of the Company's terms of service.
